  • The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • E-liquids, disposable vapes, and opened products cannot be refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact our support team at admin@vape-headz.com with your order details.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Vape Headz is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit. Consider using a trackable shipping service.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Opened or used e-liquids and disposable vapes.
  • Sale items (unless faulty).
